Order Information

Orders are processed Monday-Friday (excluding holidays) during normal business hours. Typically orders placed before 12:00pm UTC +8 will ship out the same day. Orders placed after that time will ship the following day. All weekend orders ship the following Monday. Please note that all shipping services and times only apply to Business Days.

When placing an order, it is mandatory to create an account. By registering and creating an account on our site, you gain access to various benefits. You can conveniently view your order history, receive special offers, manage gift codes, track orders, and more.

Delivery & Shipping Information

Freeskates Malaysia offers domestic and international shipping options.

Orders with a cart total over RM80 qualify for free shipping within Malaysia. Freeskates Malaysia ships daily using Ninja Van for domestic deliveries and EasyParcel for international shipments. Once the order is placed, customers receive a confirmation email to acknowledge the successful placement of the order. Additionally, a shipping confirmation email with tracking information is sent when the package is shipped. If you do not receive these email confirmations, please contact us.

To calculate shipping costs, add the desired items to your Shopping Cart. During the checkout process, accurately enter your address details, including country, state, and zip code, to receive a shipping quote. Proceed with the checkout to finalize your order.

Order Cancellations

Please contact us as soon as possible should you need to request an order cancellation. Please note that orders that have already entered into our Shipping process may not be eligible for cancellation.

Returns & Exchanges

Thank you for shopping with Freeskates Malaysia. We sincerely want you to be happy with your purchase and online experience with us. We will make every reasonable effort to accommodate returns and exchanges granted they meet all of the criteria outlined below:

Due to the limited availability of the merchandise we offer, we cannot issue refunds for online orders of Special Release/Discounted/ Sales merchandise. All returns/ exchanges will be authorized at the discretion of Freeskates Malaysia.

Terms of our return policy are subject to change without advanced warning at the discretion of Freeskates Malaysia. Please be aware of the return/exchange policy when placing an order.

Shipping fees are non refundable. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. A service with tracking information is strongly encouraged when shipping a return package. Freeskates Malaysia is not responsible for lost, incorrectly addressed or damaged return packages.

All goods must be returned as received: double boxed (using an outer shipping box) and include original packaging, with all factory tags still attached, and in unused and unworn condition. Refunds will not be issued for damaged, worn, or used items.

Please include your original invoice or note with your name, email and order number to ensure we credit the correct account, along with choice of exchange or refund request.

All sale and skate hardgood item purchases are final. Any items listed with price discounted as “Sales” or freeskates hardgoods (decks, trucks, wheels, completes, etc.) are not eligible for returns. Please choose your sizing/variation carefully.

Use our contact us form or email support@freeskates.my within 3 days of receiving goods for a return authorization.

All goods must be returned in original packaging, with all factory tags still attached, and in unused and unworn condition.

All returns must be accompanied by your original packing list/ receipt.

All returns must be received by Freeskates Malaysia within 5 working days of the invoice date.

Only returns of incorrect merchandise will be eligible for refund. Should there be an incorrect shipment we will gladly exchange the item for the correct product, or issue a refund.

International Policy

Your designated shipping address must reflect the address of the ultimate end-user. Freeskates Malaysia will not process any order to a freight forwarder, warehouse, distribution center, airport, or hotel. Freeskates Malaysia does not offer wholesale prices or discounted prices for large orders. Freeskates Malaysia reserves the right to limit large or suspicious orders at our discretion.

To estimate shipping cost, simply add all items into your shopping cart. Then key in your address at the checkout page. Shipping quotes do not include duties or import taxes of your home country. All shipping quotes and prices listed on freeskates.my are in MYR Currency.

Your local government will bill and collect from you all customs and duties charges, if applicable. Refusal to pay any additional charges, fees, or taxes will terminate all future orders from Freeskates Malaysia.

International shipping rates are all based on EasyParcel’s calculation. Freeskates Malaysia have zero involvement in the calculation of international shipping rates. International buyers that are outside of Malaysia will agree to pay the shipping fee displayed at the checkout screen if they choose to use our online store.

All international orders will be shipped via EasyParcel. Freeskates Malaysia will not be liable for any damages/defect caused during the shipping process by EasyParcel’s logistic providers. Should there be any damages/defects to the products purchased internationally, please contact us within 3 days of receiving goods, and we will process the request within 5 working days to rectify the situation with EasyParcel. The return/refund request is at the sole discretion of EasyParcel, and Freeskates Malaysia has minimal right in such situations.

All damages/defect that were caused during the shipping process of EasyParcel will have to go through the claiming process with EasyParcel, and then the agreed amount will be refunded to the buyer, however if EasyParcel rejects the claim requests, Freeskates Malaysia will not be liable, and no refund amount will be given to the buyer.

NO RUSH DELIVERY – WE NEED TO MAKE SURE YOUR ORDER GOES WELL! ALL ORDERS WILL BE DELIVERED BY A THIRD PARTY DELIVERY SERVICE SO TRANSIT TIMES ARE NOT GUARANTEED. WE CAN NOT DO ANYTHING ABOUT SHIPPING DELAYS AND WOULD ENCOURAGE YOU NOT TO ORDER IF YOU ARE IN A HURRY! SORRY, WE JUST WANT YOU TO BE HAPPY! **ALSO, CAUTION!** IF AN INTERNATIONAL PACKAGE IS RETURNED TO US AND WE INCUR ADDITIONAL SHIPPING CHARGES THEY WILL ALSO BE DEDUCTED FROM YOUR REFUND. SINCE SHIPPING COSTS CAN EXCEED THE VALUE OF YOUR ORDER IT IS POSSIBLE THAT RETURNING AN INTERNATIONAL PACKAGE WILL CAUSE YOU AN RM0 REFUND.

Return Shipping:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. ALL shipping costs are non-refundable.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance when returning an item for a refund. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
